Mark Sabah
Founder
With 25 years in international public affairs and political consulting, Mark has vast experience working with organizations, campaigns and institutions on global advocacy initiatives. He has worked with some of the best communications agencies in the world, including Edelman, Weber Shandwick and Grayling.
Mark holds a degree in International Affairs from Manchester Metropolitan University and an MA in International Political Affairs from the University of Hong Kong.
Pamela Ferguson
Chief Operating Officer
Pamela Ferguson is an experienced Chief Operating Officer with more than three decades of leadership experience across the UK and Asia. She has held COO and Chief Administrative Officer roles at leading global institutions including Standard Chartered, Lehman Brothers and BZW (Barclays de Zoete Wedd), overseeing complex operations, organisational transformation and strategic growth across international markets.
Previously a practising lawyer in Scotland, and holding legal roles in California and Hong Kong, most recently, Pamela has held fractional COO roles in organisations spanning the property, financial, leisure and human rights worlds bringing deep expertise in operational excellence, governance and executive management.
